Dirt devil vacuums
Dirt Devil vacuums may not have the same history that
other vacuum brands have, but this does not make them any less effective.
The fact is that there are some vacuum companies (like Hoover) that
have been around for decades.
Dirt Devil vacuums have been available for a much shorter time period
than this, but their contribution has still been remarkable. In 1984,
the manufacturers of Dirt Devil vacuums revolutionized the vacuum world
when they introduced the Dirt Devil Hand Vac.
This miniature vacuum, which can be easily stored and used in places
like cars, trailers, office areas and a bevy of other places, quickly
grew to become the largest selling hand-held vacuum unit in the United
States.
In the last two decades or so, more than 23 million of these Dirt Devil
vacuums have been sold. Thanks to the success of these Hand Vacs, Dirt
Devil has been able to expand the types of products it manufactures.
Now, Dirt Devil vacuums include uprights, stick vacuums, canisters and
carpet shampooers as well as the traditional Hand Vacs.
