Handless vacuums
Even though handheld vacuums can be very useful items
to have in certain situations, there are also a number of limitations
associated with these vacuums.
Most people use these vacuums to do things like clean up dry spills
on floors in the home, clean the floor of a car, remove crumbs from
a keyboard or pick up pine needles from around the Christmas tree. While
these handheld vacuums definitely prove to be helpful in these situations,
there are not a whole lot of other times when they can be used effectively.
The biggest problem with these handheld vacuums is that they are not
typically powerful enough to do things that a typical vacuum would do.
They should not be relied on to be able to clean rugs or carpets. These
smaller units simply are unable to get the same kind of suction power
that larger units have.
Likewise, whereas more and more upright models are being built to be
able to clean the carpet as well as suction it, this technology has
not quite caught on with handheld vacuums.
While handheld vacuums can be convenient, they have their limitations.
Trying to use them to do more than simple, small jobs is probably unwise.
